Since 2004, Carols has been a voluntary collaboration between locals at Cheers, Banksia Baptist, and the Developer. Everyone has a good catchup, long conversations & a communal picnic. Hundreds of local people. It's such a relaxed & cheerful atmosphere. Our own local Santa comes, there's always a local feel & involvement between the crowd, & what happens up front. It's less of a 'show,' more of a celebration. We celebrate the year that's been, the good that's happened, the significant blessings. It's just locals giving of their time & effort, for love. Which is a very Christmassy thing to do. And that's why it works so well. Perhaps there's something you can give: let us know.
