The soil of Marijinup & eastwards has toxic sulphates & heavy metals which of disturbed, will start leaching into the water table and toward the sea (ie. through Banksia Grove!). Not good!
That soil will certainly be more than "disturbed" by urban & industrial development!!! - Affecting not only the residents there and here, but all Perth's water supply from the Gnangara Mound.
